Colorado Road Trip by BMW/Sidecar Day 4

After an expensive night in Telluride we decided to take advantage of the only free offering of the town which is the ski lift / gondola. This runs you up the mountain and then down the other side to "Mountain Village". Today was a planned shorter day as we decided to run the 100 miles or so to Cortez Co. , get a room, then spend the majority of the day exploring Mesa Verde National Park.

The top of the ski lift.
View from the top of the ski area.

Blue sky!
The Hotel we spent the night in. Probably the last room in town and it was worth $139.00 a night. Early in the morning a painting crew moved in and started painting the place.
Heading to the end of the valley there sits an old mill and a large water fall.
