Colorado Road Trip By BMW/Sidecar Day 2

Day 2 dawned with scattered clouds and a little cool. We headed out of trinidad and decided to head around a loop on Colorado Highway 12. This scenic route would take us up to Highway 160.


Very scenic ride but looked like some foul weather was ahead...........

A small town ahead was called "stonewal' which was properly named .................

Clouding up pretty good...........

After passing through the "stonewall" the road headed up in elevation towards Cuchara Pass @ 9941 feet.

This highway is known as "The Highway of Legends"
